Ethan has "googly eyes" (which are actually his glasses) and wears a black jacket with a white shirt underneath. His jaw is broken, causing his mouth to stay wide open and possibly bleed. His "pupils" might in fact be holes, as his description states he was shot in his eyes

Age: 19 gender: male Ethan Tadd Poll was a musician with great talent. Unfortunately he was murdered at the age of 19 via being shot in the eyes with a pistol and then having a tuba dropped onto his face. It appeared that he was murdered by another musician called Lilac but she was proven innocent a few weeks ago.

It was originally thought by the fans that Lilac killed Ethan. However, HMB’s documents prove that this isn’t true. His profile in the second version of the mod lampshades this.
Paige killed Ethan before being punished for killing someone who didn’t deserve it.
